Return Policy
Ordering Hoofwings requires drawing outlines, taking measurements and photos of your horses hooves. It takes from seven to nine hours to make a pair; and the materials used to make them are expensive. Hoofwings made according to the measurements and outlines you provided. Therefore, if the boots don't fit, we cannot simply refund your money. However, we will work with you to find out why they don't fit and try to fix them. We can re-cut the wings or replace the bases. As a last resort we can try to sell your Hoofwings for you. We will send you the amount we were able to sell them for.
